What is MAX, Merial Awards Xpress?
MAX, Merial Awards Xpress is a new program that allows
MERIAL® customers to utilize a mobile device to scan and submit invoices to earn rebates for MERIAL® brand cattle and equine products.
The MAX, Merial Awards Xpress is an alternative to the mail-in paper rebates that are currently in the market.
The rebates linked to the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress program will be available on a reloadable* Visa card. The future rebates will auto-load onto the card.
How do I enroll in the program?

When the Submit button is clicked, a confirmation page will provide a links to access the iOS app download and the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress Rebates website.
A confirmation email will also be sent.
What is the process for redeeming a MAX, Merial Awards Xpress rebate?
Once a customer is enrolled and has received the confirmation email, the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress app can be downloaded using the provided link. Within this app, follow the steps to scan an image of the invoice and the relative UPC codes. Use the provided fields to enter information about the purchase. When everything is entered correctly it can be submitted. Use the app to track the invoice validation process.
How do I get paid?
After following the process for redeeming the rebate with the app, the submitted information will be reviewed for validation. If the necessary information is provided, you will receive the payment on the reloadable* Visa card.
How long will it take to receive the rebate with the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress program?
When enrolling, the customer can choose to receive the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress Visa card or a mailed check. The initial card will be sent 5-10 days after validation. When it is activated, the first rebate will be available. If the card has been received from a prior submission, it will take 2-14 to be reloaded with newly submitted rebates. If the check is chosen, it will take 6-8 weeks to receive it in the mail.
Is the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress card reloadable?
YES! The card that the customer receives IS reloadable*, so be sure to hang onto it for your future rebates!
What if I forget my User ID or Password?
Within the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress app, an enrolled customer can follow the steps through a secure process to reset the password.
Can the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress app be downloaded from the App Store?
Yes! The App requires the user to already be enrolled in MAX, Merial Awards Xpress program.
Can the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress card be linked to a business?
No, at this time it is not possible to link the card to a business.
Why is this program better than mailing in my rebate forms?
Not only will you save time and money on postage by using the MAX,
Merial Awards Xpress app, but you will receive rebates faster. The turnaround time for receiving a rebate check by mail (current process) is 6-8 weeks, while the MAX, Merial Awards Xpress card will reload* with the rebate amount in 2-14 days.
